From Founder to Business & Solutions Designer — with experience from practice, not from textbooks.

I'm Salih Bingöl. I have founded, built, sold and internationalized — and today I support entrepreneurs in designing and implementing their own structures. In Germany, in Turkey, and between the two markets.

My path began with a degree in Industrial Engineering. During the Corona period, I decided to open my own gastronomy business instead of staying at university. For two years, I ran that business myself — staff, processes, cash flow, marketing, suppliers, regulatory matters. Everything written in books about running a company, I learned in live operation.

I didn't finish my degree. Instead, I completed certified training in entrepreneurship, online marketing and solutions design — much closer to what I actually wanted to do. After building the business up successfully, I sold it as planned.

I then managed a professional training institute for two and a half years and, in parallel, began doing for other entrepreneurs what I had learned for myself: designing structures, redesigning processes, shaping digitalization concretely, and coordinating implementation with the right partners. From this work emerged what today comes together under BNGL Solutions — Business & Solutions Design in the literal sense: not issuing recommendations, but co-designing structures and accompanying their implementation.

A milestone was founding a company in Turkey, together with a German company that was my client at the time — and is now a valued partner. I took on the local regulatory work, product registration, supply chain setup, production organization, and the market launch including marketing, sales and quality management — from product to packaging to final market readiness.

Running the project in both countries, both languages and both business cultures simultaneously turned out to be a decisive advantage. Since 2025 I live and work in Konya, having deliberately moved my center of life to Turkey without giving up the German market.

Today I combine these stations into a clear offering: I accompany companies from A to Z — from business idea to foundation, market entry, operational structure, and international expansion. My approach is not the classical consulting approach, but that of a Business & Solutions Designer: I co-design, I structure, I coordinate implementation with the right partners — and I remain operationally accountable until the solution runs.

My clients are mid-sized companies that need a new structure, want to expand to Germany or Turkey, or need to rebuild their processes. My advantage: I know both markets not from studies, but from my own hands.
